Children’s Behavioral Issues

Help to Children Struggling with Conflicts

Children struggle with conflicts, both within themselves and with others, differently than do adults. They have fewer psychological resources, less control over their lives, and less ability to control their reactions. However, in their favor are huge factors such as the love and support of parents and other adults, the inherent flexibility of youth, the powerful thrust of maturation, children’s natural curiosity and their desire to please those who care for them. We offer individual therapy, play therapy, family therapy and parental guidance and education to help children use their strengths to overcome their particular challenges.
